| St Faith's at Rhythms of the World 2008 |
This year's Rhythms of the World music festival will take
place on 12th and 13th July.Because it has become so successful, the festival is now too big for the town centre, so this year has moved to a new site at the Hitchin Priory. However the former centrepiece of the festival, St Mary's Church, will be recreated as a marquee in the festival site. This will be the venue for the annual Parish Service, when the four churches of the Anglican parish of Hitchin gather to worship on Sunday morning, 13th July at 10.30. The preacher at the Parish Service will be Bishop Errol from the West Indies and the theme will be "Travelling". |
